Leaving Salta through the south access (route 68), passing Cerrillos, la Merced, el Carril, Cnel. Moldes, la Viña (plantation area, main production: tobacco). Reaching Alemania we get to Las Conchas Canyon, where we can see plenty of rock formations caused by the

water and the wind throughout millions of years (such as: the Castles, the Amphitheater, the Devil’s Gorge, the Frog, the Monk, the Windows). Once we pass the canyon we reach to Cafayate to visit wineries and taste the famous torrontes wine. After lunch in town, we start our journey back to Salta through the same canyon, in which we will see a completely different view from the one on the way down there.
